Spanish-Speaking Dentist in Temecula: New Patient Guide

September 26, 2026 7 min readBy Dr. Noorullah Azim, DDS·Reviewed by Dr. Noorullah Azim, DDS

Looking for a dentist in Temecula who speaks Spanish? Here's what your first visit looks like when language is never a barrier.

Your language should never be a barrier to your health

Temecula has a large Spanish-speaking community, and we'd guess a lot of you have had this experience: sitting in a dentist's chair while someone explains a treatment plan in fast English, nodding along, and leaving without really understanding what was said — or what it would cost.

That's not okay. Dental decisions are health decisions and money decisions, and you deserve to make them in the language you think in.

At Paris Dental, we work with patients in both English and Spanish — not through a translation app held up mid-appointment, but as a normal part of how we practice. Here's what that actually looks like, from your first call to your first visit.

Booking: in the language you're comfortable with

You can call us at (951) 577-8090 or message us on Messenger at https://m.me/parisdentaltemecula, in English or Spanish — whichever is easier for you. Tell us what's going on: a toothache, a cleaning you keep postponing, a broken tooth, or just "it's been years and I'm nervous." We've heard it all, and there's no judgment here.

We'll find you a time that works. We're open Monday through Friday, 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM, at 31285 Temecula Pkwy STE 205 — easy to reach from anywhere in Temecula, Murrieta, or Winchester.

Your first visit, step by step

Here's exactly what happens when you walk in the first time:

1. We get to know you. You'll fill out a short health history — medications, conditions, allergies. If you prefer to do it in Spanish, the forms and the conversation are in Spanish. We ask because your mouth is connected to the rest of you: diabetes, blood pressure medications, and pregnancy all affect dental care.

2. The exam. The dentist examines your teeth, gums, and bite, and takes x-rays if needed. We'll show you what we see — on the screen, in plain language. "This is a cavity starting here." "This gum area is inflamed." No jargon without explanation.

3. The plan, in your language. If you need treatment, we explain what it is, why it's needed, what happens if you wait, and what it costs — all in Spanish if that's your preference. You get a written estimate before anything starts. Questions are welcome; "dumb questions" don't exist here.

4. You decide. We recommend. You decide. If you want to do everything at once, great. If you want to handle the urgent tooth now and plan the rest over the coming months, that's fine too. No pressure, no guilt.

Talking about money, clearly and in Spanish

This is where language matters most. Dental costs are confusing enough in your first language — in your second, they're a minefield.

Our commitments to you:

  • Written estimates, explained line by line. We'll go through every item in Spanish until it's clear.
  • Real prices, not surprises. For example, our tooth-colored fillings start at $325. Our membership plan for patients without insurance starts at $29 a month. For anything else, we give you the exact number before we begin.
  • No insurance? No problem. We work with uninsured patients every day — payment plans, our membership plan, and phased treatment that fits your budget.
  • No pressure. If you need time to think or talk it over with family, take it. The estimate doesn't expire when you walk out the door.

For parents

If you're bringing kids, the same applies — we'll talk to you in Spanish about what your child needs and what it costs. A child's first dental visit should be calm and friendly (we have a whole article on that), and you being able to understand everything the dentist says is part of making it that way.

Come as you are

You don't need perfect English. You don't need insurance. You don't need to have seen a dentist in the last five years. You just need to walk in — or call, or message — and we'll take it from there, in your language.

  • Precios reales, no sorpresas.

No necesita seguro.
